Upon receiving your application we will notify you if you have been selected as a vendor for this event. This is a first come first serve basis. After being notified that you have been selected as a vendor you will have 4 days to submit payment online. If payment is NOT submitted during the 4 day wait time we will skip to the next vendor in line.
Applications submitted after May 1st will have 2 days to make payment due to time restraints.
Vendor spaces are NON REFUNDABLE
* Food Vendors* You will be required to fill out and submit a Gaston County Temporary Food Establishment Permit (this does not mean you will pay an inspection fee). This includes vendors that require inspections as well as vendors that do not require inspections. ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM. DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. You will be notified by festival staff with more information and how to submit further paperwork.
ALL vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs and any other items needed at your booth. Power is NOT available. If you require power and need to bring a generator please let us know in your application. Don't want to bother with a generator for lighting? What are your other options for lighting?? Click HERE for ideas. Vendors are not permitted to pack up and leave before closing times. Vendors are allowed to leave tents and tables overnight but we DO NOT recommend leaving anything of value. Detailed rules and regulations will be emailed once vendors are approved.

10x10 $50 per day
Add $10 for 10x20 space per day
Pricing for FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS *** ALL FOOD VENDORDS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A TFE FORM. HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES MAY APPLY TO SOME.
10x10 $90 per day
Add $25 for 10x20 per day
Food vendors have a 10 day option. $650.00 for 10 days. This includes space sizes of 10x10 and 10x20. Larger spaces are available at an additional charge. In the comments section please note that you need 10 days. A price/date adjustment will be made.
Opening and closing festivals take place rain or shine. We DO NOT have a rain date and no refunds are given for any reason Rides and other entertainment will operate weather permitting.
*** NOTICE! A $25.00 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUTURE EVENTS IF YOU COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION AND DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE OR COMMUNICATE ARRANGEMENTS TO US. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VEND AT ANY FUTURE EVENTS HOSTED BY US UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID***
